David has more than 30 years of international experience in the healthcare and technology sectors and recently retired as the Managing Director of Asia Pacific operations at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc., a Nasdaq-listed global leader in healthcare information technology.

He is a former chief executive of ASX listed health software business Pro Medicus Limited and has worked in senior executive roles in Australia, the US, Europe, and Asia.

He is currently chairman of ASX-listed healthcare software provider Mach7 Technologies Ltd.

David is an experienced ASX listed CEO with significant experience in technology and healthcare, and operational experience in wholesale distribution, field service, retail, and manufacturing.

He has held senior executive roles including seven years at the ASX listed Corum Group, four as CEO, and held previous executive leadership positions at Medtronic Australasia, Fisher & Paykel, and the ASX listed Nick Scali Ltd.

David has a deep passion for driving change through technology in the Australian health landscape.

Rob has extensive legal and commercial experience throughout the Asia Pacific region including as a senior partner in an international law firm.

He is the Asia Pacific Managing Director of an international data centre company and is a Strategic Advisor to the board of a national petroleum company, delivering major infrastructure projects.

His experience in international legal practice, senior leadership roles in commerce and technology businesses brings a unique perspective to the opportunities provided by leveraging technology.

Rob has been a Director and Shareholder of Extensia since 2006.

Glenn has more than 30 years’ experience in software development with expertise in the design and analysis of very large, highly transactional, and very complex software applications.

Glenn has been leading the design of Extensia’s community shared record technology. Recent practical experience involves projects with varied health care providers using the technology to collect and share clinical information for patients.

Prior to this, he has spent 7 years in a product leadership role for a world leading telecommunications customer care and billing product suite.

Lisa has more than 20 years of cross industry experience working with Pharmacy, Health and Retail Technology. She has held pivotal roles in product and project management including, most recently, Head of Enterprise for a major pharmacy software company.

She has worked with cross-functional development and commercial teams to define, build and champion the product experience of cloud technologies for pharmacy and retail systems across Australia.

A knowledgeable and passionate senior product manager, Lisa lives and breathes delivering great user experiences, speaking to customers and bringing products to market.
